At MSC Virgin Hair, we take pride in delivering premium-quality hair extensions that meet the highest standards. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene, all sales are carefully managed under the following policy.
For hygiene and quality assurance, each order is handled with the utmost care and intention. We maintain strict standards to ensure every client receives only the highest quality product.
All Sales Policy
Because many of our products are custom-prepared and assembled per order, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
We encourage clients to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging
- The security seal/band must remain intact and not tampered with
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Any item that has been opened, installed, combed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used hair products
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale or promotional items
Approved Returns
If your return is approved:
- You may receive a store credit or exchange (preferred method)
- Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Processing Time
Once a return is received and inspected:
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
- You will be notified once your return has been approved
Important Notes
MSC Virgin Hair reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity, quality, and hygiene of all products we provide.
