Processing & Production Time

All orders begin processing once payment is received in full.

Production & customization time: 7–14 business days
This includes sourcing, preparing, and assembling your hair extensions to meet our quality standards

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped promptly using your selected delivery method.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Domestic (U.S.): Standard and expedited options available
Local Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in select areas via courier services (powered by Uber Direct)

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping & Tariffs

Due to ongoing changes in global shipping conditions, customs regulations, and tariffs, international orders may experience:
